Choosing your account type
Izuma Device Management offers two tiers of account types:

Free tier: Free accounts you can use to evaluate Device Management.

Commercial tier: Production-grade commercial accounts, which have access to all Device Management services. A commercial account always requires a business agreement with us.

The standard commercial account is an aggregator account. It can manage several tenant accounts (see below) as a business provider.

Tenant: A commercial account owned by an aggregator but managed as an individual account. A tenant cannot exist without linkage to an aggregator account and has access to the same or fewer services than the aggregator.

To upgrade from a free-tier account to a commercial-tier account, contact our sales team. A representative will contact you to create a business agreement with us.
